Our Funders

We are grateful to all our donors and supporters, and in particular the following funders and organisations who have supported the works of the Centre during the period 2016/2017.

September 2017 We received a Magic Little Grant through the partnership between Localgiving and the Postcode Community Trust. The Postcode community Trust is a grant-giving charity funded entirely by players of People's Postcode Lottery. Our project received £500.00 from the Trust to fund a 10 week Pilates and Yoga sessions for the over 50/60's.

May 2017 Royal Docks Trust (London) Minor Grants Programme supportive funding of £750.00 & £1,410.00 re Social and Well Being Activities. This is the 3rd year running we have been supported by the Royal Docks Trust helping us to continue to support the bereaved in our community. 

April 2017 Gregg's Foundation have supported us this year with a grant of £2,000 towards peer support group activities. It is the first year we have worked with the Gregg's Foundation and were grateful to be allocated the maximum grant from the Local Community Project Fund.

March 2017 – Awards for All Staying Well Activity Spring/Summer Projects with associated costs for Men & Women Peer Support Group workshops. £10,000.00. This is the 4th consecutive year we have received support from Awards for All and we thank you for the difference this brings to those on their grief journey.     

March 2017 – Mrs. Smith and Mount Trust  £2,500.00 contribution costs towards continuation of The Staying Well Complementary Therapies.

March 2017 – Royal Mail Carers Society (Romford & Ilford) £500.00 contribution towards core running costs. This is the 2nd year they have kindly chosen to support the Centre's core costs so that we can continue to open our doors to those looking for help to live with grief.     

November 2016 – Metropolitan Grand Lodge Charity £2,000.00 contribution costs towards counselling service. For 3 years the Metropolitan Grand Lodge have supported our core 1-2-1 counselling services to help many in our community cope with their grief.

September 2016 – East End Community Foundation – £4,000.00 Contribution support project funding for Staying Well Complementary Therapy Activities.

August 2016 – Give London Community Foundation contributory funding support towards core running costs £3,972.00.
